Washington, D.C.
While returning from a meeting, a large medium brown man with locks reaching past his shoulders approached me and solicited me for videos, DVDs, books, and oils, lamenting the disappearance of street vendors of this ilk. When I told him I had none, he asked me for knowledge. So, I told him he was a blessing. When he heard this, he immediately got defensive: “We all are blessings,” he said. A simple thank you would have done.
The question for today: Is it better to decide to BE happy or to DO what makes you happy; being vs doing?
